New Workplace Dynamics. New Rules

Join us on Friday, 7th September in Peterborough.

This half day summit brings together speakers from PAB Languages Centre Ltd and HR Consultancy who will share insights to show how employers can adapt their external and internal communication channels to tackle costs of developing own people, engaging better their multi-national workforce and optimise productivity and performance.

Kevin Green, former Chief Executive of the REC, said “We’re delighted that PAB Languages Centre has become a new business partner. Employers rely on our members to connect them to talented people from all over the world, and often need support to make sure the process is well communicated.”

Never before have employers dependent upon multinational workforce needed to challenge assumptions so radically and find effective and sustainable ways to communicate and improve retention ensuring higher engagement levels.

We understand that no matter the size of your organization, finding, training and retaining the right talent on a global level will continue to be your greatest challenge moving forward.
